Lost travel adapters in Quad Cities.
I was packing my bag at the Figge Art Museum area in downtown Davenport around 6:45 p.m. last Friday when my travel adapters slipped from my backpack. I rely on those adapters to keep my phone and laptop charged on the road, and the moment they disappeared I started retracing steps along the riverfront. The river lights reflected on the water as I checked the bench near the Centennial Bridge and the bus stop, but I could not find them. They are just small gray plastic boxes with a tangle of cords, and I'd be grateful to be reunited with them if anyone spotted them near that spot.
Gray North Face parka with red lining
I lost my gray North Face parka yesterday around 3pm near the Hy-Vee on 53rd Street in Davenport, by the coffee kiosk near the entrance. It's a men's size L, gray shell with a red quilted lining and a faux fur hood. There’s a bright lime green zipper pull I added and a tiny mountain patch on the inside pocket; inside pocket also has a faded photo of my dog. The coat has a small snag on the left cuff from a winter walk. It means a lot to me because it was a gift from my sister last year, so I’d be really grateful to get it back.
Golden Syrian hamster with white belly
I lost my golden Syrian hamster, Pebbles, yesterday around 5pm. He's a tiny, fluffy guy about the size of a ping-pong ball, with golden fur, a white belly, a small black dot near his left ear, and a faint crescent-shaped white patch on his right shoulder. Last seen in my Davenport apartment near the Hy-Vee on Elmore Avenue after I opened his cage to refill water and he bolted toward the couch and vanished behind the entertainment center. This hamster was a gift from my grandma for my daughter, so it means a lot to have him back; please message me if you spot him.
Silver hoop earrings with pearl drops and star charm
I lost my silver hoop earrings with pearl drops yesterday around 3pm near the Adler Theatre on 3rd Street in downtown Davenport. They’re small, about an inch across, with freshwater pearls that catch the light. The left hoop has a tiny silver star charm near the bottom; the right hoop is plain. They’re in decent shape, but one pearl has a tiny micro-scratch on the back. These mean a lot to me because they were a gift from my mom, and I really need to get them back. If you found them, I’d be grateful to hear from you at [email protected].
Navy blue North Face backpack with red zippers
Yesterday around 6:45pm I lost my navy blue North Face backpack near LeClaire Park along River Drive in Davenport. It's a medium-sized bag with red zipper pulls and a slightly worn bottom, plus a small orange bus-shaped keychain attached to the main zipper. Inside there's a gray laptop sleeve that fits a 13-inch laptop, a spiral notebook, and a faded sketchbook with doodles; the front pocket has a coffee ring stain I couldn't scrub out. This backpack has sentimental value—it's a gift from my sister, and I really need it back.
Gold-toned hoops with emerald-cut glass drops
I lost my gold-toned hoop earrings with emerald-cut glass drops yesterday around 3pm near the Centennial Bridge overlook along River Drive in Davenport, in the Quad Cities. They’re about 1 inch in diameter, gold-plated, with a small emerald-cut green glass drop that catches the light. One hoop has a tiny initials engraving 'A.J.' on the back post, and there’s a faint scratch along the inner edge of the other hoop. They mean a lot to me because they were a gift from my grandmother and I really need them back.
Blue LEGO Creator 3-in-1 set, missing yesterday
I was at NorthPark Mall in Davenport yesterday around 3pm, and my kid's blue LEGO Creator 3-in-1 set went missing from the play area near Barnes & Noble. It's a standard 12-inch LEGO box, mostly blue with a race-car image on the front, and it includes a tiny red 2x2 brick that helps identify it. The box has a scuff on the top edge and a Sharpie label with my kid's name 'Mira' on the side. This set means a lot to her—it was a gift to celebrate finishing a school project and has sentimental value. If anyone found it, please drop it at the NorthPark Mall security desk or reply here—we'd really appreciate getting it back.
Neon-green Nintendo Switch Lite lost near LeClaire Park
I lost my neon-green Nintendo Switch Lite yesterday around 3pm near LeClaire Park along River Drive in Davenport. It's in a charcoal-gray silicone case with a dragon sticker on the back and two small dents near the charging port. The left joystick has felt a bit gummy lately but the screen is bright and clean. This device is my go-to break from busy shifts, and the saved progress on a favorite indie game means a lot to me; I'd really appreciate it being returned.
Blue passport with photo page, Quad Cities
I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 5:30pm near the riverfront by the Centennial Bridge in Davenport, Quad Cities. It's the standard blue cover with the Great Seal, and the photo page is intact, but there's a small crease along the bottom edge. There's a coffee stain on the back cover and a tiny sticker from a work trip tucked inside. This passport has sentimental value because I was planning a big trip next year, and I really need it back. If anyone finds it, please drop it off at the Quad Cities Lost & Found or email me at [email protected].
Gray Nike running shoes with neon laces
I was on the riverfront trail near LeClaire Park in Davenport yesterday around 3pm when I realized my gray Nike running shoes were gone. They're size 9, lightweight mesh, with a white midsole and a faint blue speck pattern, and the left shoe has a small tear along the inner toe. The shoes have bright neon green laces that really pop in the sun. These shoes were a gift from my mom for my first half-marathon and they have sentimental value to me. If anyone found them, please reach out — I really need them back as soon as possible.
Pair of TaxSlayer Center concert tickets
Found a pair of concert tickets this afternoon around 3:15 PM outside the main entrance of the TaxSlayer Center on River Drive in downtown Moline, Quad Cities. They’re glossy white with blue print: Section 101, Row C, Seats 12 and 13. One ticket has a coffee ring stain on the corner and a tiny pencil note 'A.S.' scribbled on the back; the barcode is still visible and the venue logo catches the light. It looks like they were for this Saturday's show, so the owner would probably want them back soon. If these are yours, tell me the seat numbers or the name on the tickets and I’ll arrange a safe meetup to return them.
Black Novation Launchkey Mini MIDI controller
I was at the Figge Art Museum entrance area in the Quad Cities, Davenport, this afternoon around 4:15pm and I think I left my black Novation Launchkey Mini MIDI controller on a bench by the riverfront walkway. It's a compact 25-key controller, black with orange velocity pads, and it lives in a slim protective sleeve with a neon green sticker that says 'LIVE'. There’s a small dent on the top-right edge and the rubber feet are a little worn, but it’s otherwise in good working condition. This device is how I write songs for my band, so it would mean a lot to get it back. If you found it, please text or email me and we can arrange a pickup near downtown Davenport.
Navy denim jacket with orange lining
I lost my navy Levi's denim jacket yesterday around 3pm near the Moline Public Library, right by the bike racks outside the main entrance. It's a Levi's size Large, with an orange lining that peeks out when the cuffs are rolled, and there's a tiny guitar-pick pin on the inside label. There's a faint coffee stain on the right sleeve from last week’s trips, and the cuffs are a bit frayed from daily wear. This jacket has sentimental value and I really need it back; I wear it almost every day, and it felt like a reliable friend during my commute. If anyone found it, please message me—I'll gladly arrange a pickup near the library or at a nearby cafe.
Well-worn The Great Gatsby paperback with coffee stain
I lost my well-worn The Great Gatsby paperback yesterday around 3pm. It's the greenish paperback edition with a cracked spine, dog-eared pages, and a coffee stain on the back cover. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it means a lot to me and I’m really hoping to get it back. I last had it while sitting on a bench near the Centennial Park gazebo along the Davenport riverfront, not far from the Mississippi River walk. Inside the front cover there's a small doodle of a coffee cup on page 42 and a blue ribbon bookmark peeking out—if you found it, please drop me a line.
Blue nylon dog harness with paw patch
I lost my blue nylon dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Figge Art Museum along Davenport's riverfront. It's a medium-sized harness with reflective stitching, a sturdy stainless steel D-ring, and a small white paw-print patch on the chest strap. There’s also a white plastic ID tag engraved with the name 'Nico' and a tiny leash pull-tab. The harness was in good condition, a little dusty from the walk, and it means a lot to me because Nico wore it since we adopted him. If you found it, please message me—I really need to get it back for his comfort and routine.
