Lost & found dogs in Portland

Tan-and-white terrier mix, blue collar

I lost my tan-and-white terrier mix yesterday around 3pm after walking near SE Clinton Street and 36th Ave in Portland. He’s about 18 pounds, with a blue nylon collar and a red heart-shaped tag that reads 'Milo'. He has a crooked left ear and a tiny white star on his left shoulder. Milo is friendly but gets anxious around bikes, and I’m really worried he’ll wander off farther.
