Gray knit beanie with black pom-pom found
I found a gray knit beanie with a black pom-pom this afternoon around 2:15pm on SW 5th Ave near Pioneer Place Mall in downtown Portland. It's a snug, medium-weight knit, with a soft fleece lining and a little pinecone patch stitched inside the brim. The beanie has a small amount of wear but is in good condition overall, no holes or pilling beyond typical use. If whoever lost it recognizes the pinecone patch, I'm happy to hand it back to you as soon as we meet up near the corner of SW 5th and Pine.
Neon orange Nike swim trunks, size M, sea turtle embroidery
I found a pair of neon orange Nike swim trunks, size M, this afternoon around 2:15 PM in the parking lot behind the Pioneer Place mall on SW 5th Ave in downtown Portland. They have a white drawstring, a small sea turtle embroidery on the right back pocket, and a faint chlorine stain along the left leg from a recent river dip. They look fairly new and are still a bit damp, tucked under a parked bike rack when I spotted them. I found a neon blue Nike running jacket this morning around 7:15am outside Powell's Books on West Burnside Street in downtown Portland. It's a men's size M, made of lightweight Dri-FIT fabric, with reflective piping along the sleeves and a bright orange zipper pull that makes it easy to spot. There’s a small scuff on the left elbow and a tiny embroidered compass patch on the inside of the collar—nice little details that caught my eye. The jacket looks well cared for, not torn, just a little wear. I lost my red puffer jacket yesterday around 3pm outside Powell's Books on Burnside Street in downtown Portland. It's a Columbia-brand red puffer, size M, with a small maple leaf enamel pin on the zipper pull and a faint scuff on the left sleeve. Inside pocket there's a folded concert ticket stub from last summer, easy to spot if you check the lining. It keeps me warm on early morning rides and kind of feels like a comfort item—it's my go-to jacket for Portland winters. If anyone found it, please let me know; I really need it back!
