I found a silver-tone chain necklace this morning around 10:15am near the Port Huron Public Library on McMorran Boulevard, tucked behind the bike racks by the entrance. It's an 18-inch chain with a small blue enamel heart pendant and a tiny engraving on the back that reads 'A.J.' The chain shows a bit of tarnish around the clasp, but the pendant is clean and the overall style is really pretty. It feels like it could be sentimental, like it might have been a gift.
