I found a navy blue North Face jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm, lying behind the Riverwalk along Water Street in Port Huron. It's a men's size L puffer with a bright orange zipper pull and a small seagull embroidery patch on the left sleeve. The jacket shows light wear, a couple of loose threads at the cuffs, and a faint coffee stain on the inner pocket, but the exterior is clean overall.
