Lost studs near Camelback Mountain, Poconos

I lost a pair of small gold stud earrings this morning around 11:20 a.m. while hiking the Summit Trail at Camelback Mountain in the Poconos. I had them in a little jewelry pouch on a pre-dawn photo walk, and they slipped out when I paused to take a panoramic shot by a snow-dusted spruce. I’ve checked the trail and the undergrowth along the stone path, but the studs didn’t turn up. Those earrings mean a lot to me, and I’m hoping a passerby picked them up.
