Lost driver's license in Plattsburgh-Adirondacks
I realized my driver's license was missing at 9:10 a.m. Thursday after a coffee run on Oak Street in Plattsburgh. I’d walked from a cafe toward the riverfront, through Broad Street and up toward Champlain Centre, and I must have dropped it somewhere along that route. It’s a New York license with my photo and name, and losing it has me worried about travel and errands this week.
Found: Travel Visas near Plattsburgh Amtrak
I found a folder labeled Travel Visas yesterday at 4:15 PM near the Plattsburgh Amtrak station, along the riverfront. The brown leather cover was scuffed, and a few visa pages peeked out between the pages. It hit me how easily a trip can be upended by a missing document, and I felt a mix of concern and responsibility as I held onto it. I’m hopeful the owner will see this and claim their papers soon, and that the trip plans can still go ahead.
Blue festival wristband and Northwind Fest ticket
I lost my neon blue festival wristband and a white paper ticket for Northwind Fest yesterday around 3pm. The wristband is neon electric blue, about 0.8 cm wide, with a tiny white maple-leaf charm attached near the clasp. The ticket stub is white with a purple border; there’s a coffee stain on the back and a crease along the perforation. I was by the Champlain Centre Mall parking lot on Route 9 in Plattsburgh-Adirondacks and headed toward Clinton Street. This event meant a lot to me—it was a gift from a friend and I’d really appreciate getting it back.
