White plastic ID badge with photo and blue lanyard

I lost my white plastic ID badge yesterday around 3pm near the State Capitol on Capitol Ave in Pierre. It's the standard credit-card size in a clear plastic holder on a sky-blue CampusOne lanyard, with a small holographic CampusOne sticker on the bottom-right. The badge shows my photo and name, and the edges are a bit worn with a slight top-right bend; there’s a faint coffee stain on the back and my initials PR scribbled in black marker on the card shell.
