Lost: Vintage stamp album with rare misprint
I lost my vintage stamp album yesterday around 3pm near Market Street between 5th and 6th in Old City, Philadelphia. It's a black leather-bound album, about the size of a hardcover book, with gold embossing on the spine and a red ribbon bookmark. Inside there's a handwritten note from my grandfather and a few stamps from the 1960s, including a rare 1969 misprint—this is a true collector's item to me. The cover shows light wear, but the spine is intact; this collection has sentimental value because it was a gift from my late grandfather. I really need it back, and if you found it, get in touch.
Blue Wilson tennis racquet with neon grip
I lost my blue Wilson tennis racquet yesterday around 3pm. It’s a 27-inch frame, a bit scuffed from practice, with a neon yellow grip tape that stands out in a crowd. There’s a small dent near the throat and a red Sharpie '24' scribbled on the strings. It was in a black protective cover. I think I left it on a bench near the fountain at Rittenhouse Square, at the 18th Street entrance after a quick stretch. This racquet means a lot to me—it’s been with me through a lot of weekend games in Philadelphia, and it was a gift from my dad. Please message me if found.
Found a 1952 Mickey Mantle baseball card with wear and tear in Washington Square Park.
I found an old baseball card while taking a stroll through Washington Square Park in Philadelphia. It's a 1952 Mickey Mantle card, and it looks like it's been through quite a bit, with some wear and tear but still intact. I thought it was just cool to have stumbled upon a piece of baseball history, but it might belong to a collector. Please reach out if you think it's yours!
Lost beautiful ceramic vase with intricate floral designs near the lake in Fairmount Park.
I lost a beautiful ceramic vase with intricate floral designs while walking in Fairmount Park last weekend. It was a family heirloom and holds a lot of sentimental value to me. If anyone has seen it or picked it up, please contact me. I last remember having it while sitting near the lake.
