Found olive-green zip pouch with trinkets
I found a small olive-green zip pouch this morning around 9:45am in the parking lot behind the Parkersburg Art Center on Market Street. It's about 4 inches long, with a faded floral print on the zipper pull and a tiny dent in the metal clasp. Inside there's a silver compass keychain, a crumpled Sunset Café receipt, and a photo tucked under the lining of a dog wearing a red collar. There's a sticker on the inside that says 'Sunset Café' and the note 'Lila' written on the back of the photo. If this belongs to you, DM me here and we’ll set up a pickup.
Glucose meter with pink case and heart sticker
I lost my white OneTouch Verio glucose meter with a light pink silicone case and a tiny red heart sticker on the front. It disappeared yesterday afternoon around 3pm near the CVS on 7th Street in Parkersburg, not far from the riverfront trail. The meter still has test strips inside, and the case has a few scrapes from daily use. It was a gift from my sister and helps me manage my diabetes every day, so it feels really important to get back. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
Found brass compass with blue pin near Riverfront Park
I found a small brass compass this morning around 10:15am on a park bench by the fountain in Riverfront Park, near the gazebo on 2nd Street in Parkersburg. It’s about 1.25 inches across, with a worn brass finish and a little blue enamel pin shaped like a compass rose attached to a frayed brown leather lanyard. On the back there’s a faint engraving: 'A.J.'. It looked like it belonged to someone who cared about travel, and I figured the owner would be missing it. If this sounds like yours, drop me a line and we’ll figure out the best way to get it back to you.
