9-year-old girl in pink hoodie missing

I lost my 9-year-old daughter, Sofia Ramirez, yesterday around 3pm near the Biomuseo on the Cinta Costera in Panama City. She was wearing a bright pink hoodie, black leggings, and white sneakers with pink laces. She has a small birthmark on her left cheek and wears a blue backpack with a panda patch. We were walking along the waterfront when a loud dog bark spooked her, and she wandered off. I’m really worried—she’s my only child and means the world to me.
