Lost & found birds in Palm Springs

Found a bright-yellow parakeet perched on a balcony near palm trees in Palm Springs.

I found a bright-yellow parakeet perched on my balcony this morning. It was chirping away happily and doesn't seem to be hurt. I spotted it in my backyard near the palm trees, and I've been trying to see if it has a microchip or any identification. If this is your parakeet, please reach out!
