Cream ceramic lamp with brass base
Found a cream ceramic table lamp with brass base this afternoon around 3:15 pm behind the RiverPark Center on Frederica Street, near Smothers Park. It's about 18 inches tall, with a slightly chipped ivory lampshade and a short, sturdy cord. The ceramic body has a subtle hand-painted leaf motif and a tiny etched crescent moon near the base—easy to spot if you know this lamp. The lamp is in decent condition overall, just the shade chip and a loose pull-chain. If this belongs to you, I’d be glad to reunite you with it—happy to return it to its rightful owner.
Cream mid-century coffee table with brass legs
I lost my cream-colored mid-century Danish teak coffee table with brass hairpin legs. It's about 40 inches long, 20 inches wide, with a glossy finish and a small nick on the right-front edge. I last saw it yesterday around 3pm near the RiverPark Center on 2nd Street in downtown Owensboro, by the riverfront cafe. It has sentimental value to me—it was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot. There's a faded thrift-store sticker on the underside that says 'Vintage Owensboro'. If anyone found it, please please reach out—I’m really hoping to get it back.
Found an antique weathered wooden rocking chair at the park by the river in Owensboro.
I found an antique wooden rocking chair at the park by the river in Owensboro yesterday. It looks like it might have been there for a while since it's quite weathered. If anyone is missing this piece, please reach out. It's too beautiful to be left outside, and I hope to return it to its owner.
