I found a phone this afternoon around 2:30pm on the sidewalk along the Owensboro Riverfront, near the footbridge by Smothers Park, close to the row of food trucks. It's an iPhone in a neon green OtterBox case, with a cracked screen and a small dent on the top corner. A white sticker on the back shows a cartoon fox and the initials 'R.S.'—a tiny, unique detail I figured might help the owner identify it. I picked it up near the river walk; the screen was on briefly and I could unlock enough to see the home screen before it locked again.
