Found hand-painted djembe drum with intricate designs on Outer Banks beach.

I found a stunning, hand-painted djembe drum while walking along the Outer Banks beach yesterday. It has intricate designs and is in great condition, but it was left in the sand without a clear owner nearby. I'm hoping to find the rightful owner who might have lost it while enjoying the beach.
