Blue plush dragon found near Oneonta Public Library
I found a blue plush dragon about 12 inches tall with a red satin ribbon around its neck and tiny yellow stars on its belly. I spotted it this afternoon around 2:15pm tucked near the sidewalk behind the Oneonta Public Library on Main Street. It's in pretty good condition - some fuzz on the tail, but the stitching is solid and it smells faintly like clean laundry. I'm hoping the owner sees this and can describe the ribbon or the dragon's tiny star details to claim it. If you're missing a dragon, message me with a description and where you last had it.
