Sterling silver bracelet with heart charm and sapphire

I lost my sterling silver bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Oneonta Public Library on Main Street. It's a thin 7-inch chain with a small heart charm and a tiny sapphire bead—very simple, but meaningful. The inside of the clasp is engraved with 'A.P.' and the chain has a slight tarnish from daily wear. It was a gift from my grandmother and holds a lot of sentimental value, so I'm really hoping it turns up.
