Teal fish-motif ceramic wall plaque
I lost my teal fish-motif ceramic wall plaque yesterday around 3pm. It’s an 8x12 inch hand-painted piece from Studio Indigo, with a teal glaze and copper accents, plus a tiny crack along the bottom edge. The back bears a faint signature that reads 'Indigo Studio 2019.' I last had it hanging above the entry to my art studio on Water Street in Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula, near the ferry terminal. It has sentimental value—my grandmother gave me a similar piece years ago, and I really want to have this one back. If anyone found it, please drop me a message; I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back.
Red toy train set with blue caboose
I lost my red plastic toy train set yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Water Street in downtown Port Townsend, Port Townsend is on the Olympic Peninsula, so I’m hoping someone local picked it up. It’s a small 6-inch plastic engine, bright red with a blue caboose, and it comes with a tiny oval of plastic tracks. There’s a tiny dent on the engine roof and one wheel is a little loose, which makes it roll a bit funny. The caboose has a small gold star sticker that’s easy to spot. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value, I really need it back for my kid. If anyone found it, please reach out—I’d be so grateful.
Found vintage coin collection box
I found a vintage coin collection box this morning around 9:15am near the Port Angeles ferry terminal at Ediz Hook. It's tucked in a brown leatherbound album with a red cover; the pages are yellowed and there's a brass compass-shaped keychain clipped to the spine. Inside are about 40 coins, mostly early 20th-century pennies and a few silver dimes, plus a small dent on one edge and a faded stamp on the first page that reads 'Cascadia Coins'. The album looks well-loved, and it felt like someone was missing a keepsake; if this sounds like yours, I’ll help get it back to you.
Found: Black Giro MTB helmet with neon strap
I found a black Giro mountain bike helmet this afternoon around 3:15pm, sitting on the bike rack outside Safeway on Lincoln Street in Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula. It's a size M, with a neon-yellow strap and a small scratch on the back. The helmet looks barely used, with the inner padding clean and the vent holes unblocked. If this belongs to you or you know the owner, please reach out; I really hope it gets back to the right rider—it's a practical piece of gear and clearly has sentimental value to someone who spends weekends biking the Olympic Peninsula trails.
Lost ceramic vase with intricate blue and green patterns, about a foot tall, last seen near the beachfront in Port Townsend.
I lost a lovely ceramic vase that I had picked up at a local artist's market. It has intricate blue and green patterns and is about a foot tall. I last remember seeing it as I was walking along the beachfront near Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula. It means a lot to me, so I'm really hoping someone might have seen it.
