Found black leather briefcase with stickers and initials 'J.M.' near McCafe on NW 63rd St in Oklahoma City containing documents and a laptop.

I found a black leather briefcase sitting unguarded outside of McCafe near NW 63rd St in Oklahoma City. It has several stickers on one side, and I noticed the initials 'J.M.' embossed on the front. Inside, there are some important-looking documents and a laptop. I would love to return it to its owner, as I know it must be valuable.
