Power tools lost near Destin Commons
I was finishing up a small job and loading my truck when I realized my power tools were missing. It was 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, outside Destin Commons, in Destin, Florida. The tools sat in a yellow contractor bag—drill, circular saw, and a handful of bits I’d bought myself after months of saving. Losing them felt personal, like losing a part of my ability to fix things around the house. Since then I’ve walked the lot, checked the parking ramps, and even asked the coffee stand clerk if they’d seen a bag. If they’re returned, I’ll be grateful beyond words.
