Blue DeWalt 20V cordless drill
I was mid-project yesterday around 3pm and realized my blue DeWalt 20V cordless drill had vanished from my tool tote. The drill is blue with a yellow battery, black rubber grip, and a small dent on the chuck from a dropped bit. I last had it near the Home Depot on East 42nd Street in Odessa, by the lumber aisles and the paint department. It lives in a black hard case, and there are two identifying marks: a red Sharpie initial on the battery label and blue painter's tape with 'DR' written on it. I found a Ryobi 18V cordless drill in a bright yellow case this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Home Depot on Midland Drive in Midland. It's in good condition, with a black handle and the chuck showing a bit of wear. One unique identifying feature is red electrical tape on the battery with the initials 'AP' and a small dent near the chuck. I hope to return it to its owner, it looks like someone was in the middle of a project when it was left behind. I lost my orange Makita 18V cordless drill yesterday around 3pm after helping a neighbor move a shelf outside the Home Depot on East 42nd Street in Odessa, TX. It’s a Makita LXT with an orange body, a slightly dented chuck, and blue painter’s tape with my initials 'AF' on the grip. The 4.0Ah battery is attached and there’s a tiny scratch along the side from a few drops. It means a lot to me because my grandfather gave it to me, and I really need it back for weekend projects.
