Blue sparkle Ludwig snare drum found
I found a blue sparkle Ludwig 14-inch snare drum with chrome hardware this afternoon around 2:15pm, sitting on a bench outside the Walmart Supercenter on SW 27th Ave in Ocala. The shell has a few light scratches and a small dent near the edge, but the drum feels solid and the head is still tight. There’s a white sticker with a yellow sun near the lugs, and someone wrote 'J.R.' in marker underneath. It looks well-loved, and I know how it would feel to lose an instrument that means a lot to you—hope to help reunite it with its owner.
Black Pearl kick drum found in Ocala
Found a black Pearl 22-inch kick drum this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Ocala City Market parking lot on East Silver Springs Boulevard. It’s in a dented gray padded case with a bright red sticker that says 'Alex' and a small doodle of a cat. The shell is matte black with a couple of light scratches, and inside I found a blue drum throne cushion and a brass drum key clipped to the zipper. It seems to belong to someone in a local band; I’d love to reunite it with its owner. If this is yours, reply with a photo of the sticker or the cushion to prove ownership.
Red sparkle snare drum with band sticker
I lost my red sparkle snare drum yesterday around 3pm near the Publix on SE 17th Street in Ocala. It's a 14-inch Mapex snare with chrome hardware and a small dent in the rim. The shell has a yellow OCALA HIGH SCHOOL BAND sticker on it and a tiny crack along the outer edge, but the sound is still punchy. This drum is sentimental—it's my practice instrument for marching band and was a gift from my grandfather, so I really need it back if it's found.
