Hand-painted cobalt ceramic vase found near Litchfield Town Green
I found a hand-painted cobalt ceramic vase this afternoon, around 3:15pm, in the parking lot behind the town green on Main Street in Litchfield, Northwestern CT. It’s about 8 inches tall and 5 inches across, with a glossy cobalt glaze and a delicate gold floral motif circling the neck. There is a tiny chip on the rim and a maker's mark on the bottom that reads 'M. Rivera.' It feels like a keepsake piece, maybe passed down in a family, and I’d hate for it to get separated from its owner. If you recognize it, I’d love to help reunite you with it.
Lost blue Trek Marlin 5 mountain bike
I lost my blue Trek Marlin 5 mountain bike, Sporting Goods category, yesterday around 3pm near the Torrington Town Green on Main Street. It's a 29-inch wheeled bike, frame color neon blue with white Trek lettering, and a black saddle with a small tear on the left side. There’s a bright orange reflective tape on the seat post and a dent on the downtube near the headset. It has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister, and I really miss it when I ride the trails on weekends. The bike also wears a red water bottle cage and a scratched computer mount by the handlebars, which are pretty distinct. If anyone found it, I'd really appreciate getting it back.
