Insulin pen in blue case with red heart sticker

I lost my NovoPen insulin pen in a blue protective case with a red heart sticker. It happened yesterday around 3:15 pm near Stop & Shop on Main Street in Northwestern CT. The case is a bit scuffed, and inside there's the white NovoPen, a small dent near the thumb grip, and two spare test strips. There’s a sticky note on the back with my doctor's name and patient ID, and this pen is essential for my daily diabetes management. If anyone finds it, please reach out—I really need it back.
