Lost & found briefcases in Northwestern CT

Found black leather briefcase containing documents at Northwestern CT library entrance.

I found a black leather briefcase at the entrance of the Northwestern CT library yesterday afternoon. It looks expensive and has some documents inside. I opened it to check for identification but didn't find any. I’m sure it belongs to someone important, so I'm hoping to return it to its owner.
