Framed abstract painting, multicolored, found in Enid NW OK

I found a framed abstract painting yesterday around 3pm near The Velvet Cup Cafe on Main Street in Enid, NW OK. It is a 16x20 inch piece in a matte black wood frame with glass; the canvas is a vibrant mix of cobalt blue, emerald green, and hot pink swirls, with a small gold accent along the top edge. There is a tiny crease in the lower left corner and a faint handwritten signature L. Navarro bottom right. The back has a sticker from the Northwest Art Collective. It looks recently hung, and I think it is likely someone's cherished piece - happy to return it to its rightful owner!
