Found two toasters near Broad Street, Rome.

I was walking along Broad Street in downtown Rome, Northwest Georgia, around 9:15 this morning when I spotted two toasters sitting on a bench outside a cafe. They looked a bit weathered but functional, with cords neatly coiled as if someone had started breakfast and stepped away. I picked them up and left them in the cafe’s back area, hoping the owner would notice them nearby and come looking in the same spot.

lost Quilts near Rome, NW GA

My name is Lena Brooks, and I lost several Quilts around 4:15 p.m. last Tuesday near the Rome Community Center on Broad Street, in Northwest Georgia. They’re handmade heirlooms: floral fabrics, a bright blue patch, and a small quilt that traveled with us to church bazaars. I spent months piecing these together for family gatherings, so you can imagine how it aches to think they’re out there somewhere. If you’ve seen a colorful stack or a stray quilt draped over a bench near Heritage Park, please tell me through the site.

Found utensils near Dalton Train Depot, GA.

At around 11:10 AM on Sunday, I was walking through downtown Dalton in Northwest GA and found a small set of utensils dumped by the curb near the Dalton Train Depot. It looked like a mismatched collection—two forks, a spoon, and a butter knife—with worn wooden handles. They were lying on the sidewalk next to a discarded tote bag, half-hidden by a vending machine sign. I picked them up to keep them from getting stepped on and brought them here, hoping they belong to someone who can recognize them. It’s a practical find, and I know how frustrating it is to lose something so simple.

DeWalt 20V XR drill, yellow/black

I lost my DeWalt 20V XR cordless drill last night around 6:15pm near the Ace Hardware on Broad Street in Rome, GA. It's the yellow-and-black model with a rubber grip and a small dent on the metal housing near the chuck; there’s a blue Sharpie mark "PP" on the battery door. It's well-used but still reliable, and I rely on it for weekend furniture projects. This drill has sentimental value because it's been with me through renovations and a few DIY gifts for family, so I'm really hoping it turns up. If anyone found it, please drop it at the Northwest Georgia Lost & Found.
