Today around 4:15pm I found a violin in a brown wooden case in the parking lot behind Kilwins on Front Street, Traverse City. It's a full-size instrument with a sunburst finish, ebony chin rest, and a small dent on the lower bout. The bow has a red wrap and a few loose hairs. Inside the case there's a sticker that says 'TC Strings Collective' and a folded page of 'Moonlight Sonata'—nice clues that might help identify the owner. If you're the owner, please reach out; I'd love to help reconnect you with it—this violin clearly means a lot.
