Black leather briefcase with burgundy interior found near library

I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Blacksburg Library on Main Street. It's a Samsonite briefcase with a built-in laptop sleeve and a small brass lock. The case is about 15 inches wide and shows light scuffs on the corners, but the zipper works and the interior is clean. Inside, there's a burgundy organizer, a receipt from Acme Tech dated last week, and a tiny red pen tucked in the zipper pocket. Outside, there's a white NRV sticker that reads NRV-47.
