I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on Roanoke Street in Christiansburg, right here in the New River Valley. It's a standard US passport with a slightly scuffed spine from being jammed in my bag, and there's a tiny coffee ring on the back cover. Inside the cover, I notice a Montreal trip sticker tucked behind the photo page—an easy identifying feature. This passport is essential for my upcoming travel, and it carries sentimental value as the last family trip we took together. If you found it, email Priya Patel at [email protected] so we can arrange a safe return.
I lost my red Bellroy passport holder with RFID blocking yesterday around 3pm. It's about the size of a passport, made of genuine red leather, with faint creasing on the cover and a small gold initial 'P' embossed in the bottom-right corner. I think I dropped it while walking from the campus bookstore to the bus stop, near the Starbucks on University City Boulevard in Blacksburg, here in the New River Valley. Inside are my passport and a few cards, and the leather has a small scratch on the front. It has sentimental value from a recent trip, and I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it.
I lost my Virginia Tech student ID badge yesterday around 3pm near the CVS on North Main Street in Blacksburg, New River Valley. The card is a standard 3x2 inch plastic ID with my photo, in a slightly scuffed black holder, attached to a bright red lanyard. There’s a small coffee stain on the back, and a tiny blue VT sticker near the clip; corners show a bit of wear. It’s essential for class check-ins and building access, and it has sentimental value because it’s my campus ID. If someone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back so I can keep moving through campus without hassles.
I lost my Blue Yeti USB microphone yesterday around 3pm. It was sitting on my desk in my Blacksburg apartment, near the CVS on College Avenue here in the New River Valley. The mic is black with a blue foam windscreen and sits on a small black tripod stand; there’s a 6-foot USB cable coiled around the base and a tiny dent on the top-left edge. There’s also a faint coffee-ring stain on the windscreen from late-night sessions. It’s part of my home setup for a hobby podcast, so it feels really sentimental to lose it. If anyone found it, please reach out — I’d be forever grateful to get it back.
I lost my 17-year-old brother Mateo yesterday around 3pm. Last seen near the New River Valley Mall on Roanoke Street in Christiansburg, wearing a bright green hoodie, dark jeans, and white sneakers. He’s about 5'9", with short black hair and a sun-shaped tattoo on his right forearm; he also wears a thin silver chain. He tends to wander, and this really scares us because he has autism. If you’ve seen him or know where he is, share any info via this listing.
I found this walnut table lamp this afternoon around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the New River Valley Mall on Route 114 in Christiansburg. It's about 20 inches tall with a walnut-stained wooden base, a brass neck, and a cream fabric shade that has a small coffee ring near the edge. There's a dent in the brass neck and a tiny sticker on the underside of the base that reads 'NRV Vintage Co.' The lamp is in good condition overall, just a bit worn from regular use. If the owner spots this, I’d be glad to arrange a handoff near the mall or at the Lost & Found nearby.
I found a medium-sized tan and white dog this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the CVS on North Main Street in Blacksburg, right here in the New River Valley. It has a bright blue nylon collar with a small heart-shaped tag that's worn smooth from years of wear. The dog seems friendly, wagging its tail, with a white blaze on the chest and a slight limp in the left hind leg. I didn't see any obvious tags beyond that heart tag, so I'm hoping the owner sees this and can confirm ownership.
I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Blacksburg Library on Main Street. It's a Samsonite briefcase with a built-in laptop sleeve and a small brass lock. The case is about 15 inches wide and shows light scuffs on the corners, but the zipper works and the interior is clean. Inside, there's a burgundy organizer, a receipt from Acme Tech dated last week, and a tiny red pen tucked in the zipper pocket. Outside, there's a white NRV sticker that reads NRV-47. If this belongs to you, please contact me so we can arrange a safe handoff.
I found this adorable black cat roaming around my backyard in New River Valley. It has a small white patch on its chest and is extremely sociable. Seems to be well-fed and loved, but no tags or collar. I’ve been feeding it for a few days, hoping I can help reunite it with its owner.
I found a friendly gray tabby cat while taking a walk by the park in New River Valley. She seemed to be lost but is well-groomed and adorable, with white patches on her chest and paws. She was a bit scared but allowed me to pet her. I’ve taken her in for now, hoping to find her owner as I’ve not seen any lost cat signs around the neighborhood. If she’s yours, please reach out!
