Lost & found passports in New Hampshire

Found US passport, navy blue cover.

I found a US passport this afternoon around 2:45 PM in the parking lot behind the CVS on Main Street in Concord, NH. It's navy blue with the gold Great Seal on the cover, a little worn around the edges, and there's a small coffee ring on the back. Inside, the pages look normal, nothing ripped or torn.
