Leopard gecko found near Frist Art Museum
I found a small leopard gecko this afternoon around 3:15 pm in an alley behind the Frist Art Museum on Broadway. Itβs about 6-7 inches long from snout to tail, orange-brown with dark speckles and a chunky tail that has a pale yellow band near the tip. The skin looks a touch dry, but the eyes are bright, and it sat calmly in a small plastic tote I used to keep it safe. A couple of unique marks: a tiny white speck just behind its left front leg and a small scar on the right hip. If this sounds like yours, Iβd be happy to help reunite you.
Bearded dragon found near Centennial Park
I found a bearded dragon this afternoon around 2:15pm wandering near Centennial Park's main fountain and along the walking trail by 25th Ave N in Nashville. It's a medium-sized reptile, about 6-7 inches from snout to tail, with orange and tan scales and a darker stripe along the back. A couple of identifying marks: a crescent-shaped scar behind its left eye and a faint green tint on the belly scales when it basks. It looked healthy, and Iβve kept it in a secure terrarium with a heat lamp since I found it, hoping to help reunite it with its owner. If this looks like your pet, please share details that could verify ownership.
