Silver pendant necklace with moon charm

I found a silver pendant necklace this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Morgantown Public Library on High Street, just outside the main entrance by the bike racks. It's an 18-inch slender sterling silver chain with a crescent moon charm and a tiny star inlay. The back of the moon charm is engraved with the initial 'A', and there are a few micro-scratches on the clasp from wear. Overall it's in good condition and looks ready to be worn again.
