Tan and white beagle mix with blue collar

I lost my beagle mix yesterday around 3pm near the Monterey Bay Aquarium on Cannery Row. He’s about 25 pounds, tan and white with a bright blue collar and a small silver heart-shaped tag; his ears are long and floppy. We were walking near Fisherman’s Wharf when he bolted toward the coast, and there’s a tiny scrape on his left hind leg from a hike last week. His name is Milo, and he’s my hiking buddy—really means the world to me. If you spot him, please text me.
