Lost Seiko watch with a stainless steel band and blue face at Monterey Bay.

I lost my beloved Seiko watch while enjoying a day at Monterey Bay. I had taken it off to apply sunscreen, and I must have left it on my towel when I went into the water. It has a stainless steel band and a blue face. It's quite noticeable and carries sentimental value, so I'm really hoping to get it back.
