Found VIP concert ticket near Monroe Grand Theater

I found a VIP concert ticket and a parking pass this afternoon around 2:45 pm outside Monroe Grand Theater on Pine Street in Monroe. The ticket is a glossy purple card for 'Lumen Night Dreams' with a holographic crown watermark and seat info: Section A, Row 3, Seat 12. The parking pass is an orange laminated card with a barcode and the tag 'PARK-042' attached to a blue lanyard. They look freshly printed, no signs of wear, and I figured someone here in Monroe might be missing them after the show.
