Found paperback mystery near Glass Beach parking
I found this navy blue paperback mystery novel this afternoon around 4:15 pm in the Glass Beach parking area behind Cypress Street along the Fort Bragg coastline in Mendocino County. It's a standard 6-by-9 inch paperback, about 320 pages, with a coffee ring on the back and slightly bent corners. The front cover features a lighthouse drawing and a small seashell sticker that sticks out a bit. Inside the front cover there's a pencil note reading 'For Jamie—enjoy!' I figured the owner is likely missing it, and I'd be happy to help reunite them with it.
Blue hardcover mystery novel with worn dust jacket
I lost my blue hardcover mystery novel yesterday around 3pm, probably at the Grace Hudson Museum on Main Street in Ukiah. It's a sturdy blue cover with a worn dust jacket and a small coffee stain near the bottom edge. Inside the front cover there's a fox-shaped bookmark and a pressed fern tucked between pages 128 and 129. It was a gift from my aunt, so it's got sentimental value and I really need it back.
Lost first edition copy of 'The Great Gatsby' with a green cover last seen near a creek in Mendocino County while hiking.
I lost my beloved first edition copy of 'The Great Gatsby' somewhere around Mendocino County while hiking last weekend. It has a green cover with a bit of wear and tear, and I remember taking it out to read by the creek. If anyone finds it, I'd be extremely grateful as it means a lot to me.
