I found a colorful parakeet wandering around the Mason City Park this morning. It has bright green feathers with yellow accents and was chirping away cheerfully. I found a bright green and yellow parakeet perched on my garden fence this morning in Mason City. It looks well-fed and has a small red bead necklace.
