Orange North Face winter jacket found

I found a bright orange North Face winter jacket this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Mason City Public Library entrance on 1st Street, by the bike racks. It's a men's medium puffer in solid orange with black zippers, a small white North Face logo on the chest, and a couple of faint scuffs on the cuffs from rain. Inside the left pocket I noticed a blue enamel compass pin—an easy feature to spot if you're searching for it. It's in decent shape overall, just needs a warm home again.
