Violin with warm varnish, chipped chin rest
I lost my violin yesterday around 3pm. It's a standard full-size instrument with a warm honey-brown varnish, spruce top and maple back, and a bright, clear tone when I play. There are a couple of small marks I’ve learned to live with: a tiny chip at the chin rest and a faint scratch along the lower bout; there’s also a discreet repair patch on the back near the center seam. It came in a black rectangular case with a red velvet interior and a well-worn ebony shoulder rest. I think I last had it outside the Manchester Arndale on Market Street, near the tram stop, yesterday afternoon. It means a lot to me—it's the gift from my grandfather, and I really need it back.

I lost my black acrylic snare drum yesterday around 3pm. It's a 14x6.5 inch snare with chrome hardware, glossy black shell, and a small green koi sticker on the shell near the throw-off. The drum is part of my practice rig and has sentimental value; it belonged to my dad and was a gift from him, so I'd really appreciate getting it back.
