I found these passports this morning, around 11:30 AM, on the steps of the Maine State House in Augusta. They were tucked under a bench near the entrance, with the travel pouches peeking out. My heart sank a little imagining the owner’s worry and what an extra set of eyes could do right now. I hope the rightful owner recognizes this listing and can retrieve them quickly.
Found toy train in Portland, ME
Hi, I’m Liam Hayes. I found a small tin toy train near the Old Port in Portland around 3:15 p.m. last Saturday while I was cleaning up after a quick stroll along Exchange Street. The train is red with a black chimney and a slightly worn finish, as if it has seen years of play. It brought back memories of rainy days and old toy boxes, and I could tell someone might be missing it. Maine state ID card, vertical with blue stripe
I lost my Maine state ID card yesterday around 5pm in Portland, Maine, near the Old Port on Commercial Street by the Lobster Shack. It's a laminated plastic card, vertical orientation, with a blue vertical stripe on the left and my photo toward the top; the back shows the Maine state seal. The card is a bit worn around the edges from daily use, and I rely on it for work and banking.
