Found sculptures near Macon Centreplex, Forsyth St.
Today, around 3:30 PM, I found a small collection of sculptures half-hidden behind a planter by the Macon Centreplex on Forsyth Street in Macon. They’re a mix of plaster and metal, with a few signed by local artists I’d never met, arranged like someone had been setting up an outdoor display. I could tell they weren’t mine, but I felt a surge of curiosity and responsibility, hoping to find the rightful owner who wanted them back. I spent a few minutes dusting them off and noting colors before bringing them to a safe spot nearby, waiting for the person who recognizes them to claim them.
