Blue insulin pen kit in blue case, lost
I lost my blue insulin pen kit yesterday around 3pm near the Walgreens on Forsyth Street in Macon. It's a NovoLog insulin pen, tucked in a small blue zip pouch with a clear plastic case and a white logo. The pen's cap has a small dent, and the pouch is labeled with a black Sharpie 'P. Patel' on the front. This kit is essential for my daily dosing and has sentimental value because it was given by my late grandmother, so I'm really hoping someone found it and can return it. If you happened to see it or picked it up, please drop a note here—I'm anxious to get it back.
Blue inhaler with dented cap near Forsyth St
I lost my blue inhaler yesterday around 3pm outside the CVS on Forsyth Street in Macon. It's a small Ventolin HFA with a white cap and a blue plastic case; the cap sometimes sticks, and there's a noticeable dent on the right side by the mouthpiece. I keep it in a soft black pouch that has a tiny tear near the zipper. I really need it back because it's essential for my asthma and I get anxious without it when I go out. If anyone found it, please let me know here—I’d be so grateful.
Lost small grey blood glucose meter with a blue cover at the produce section of a grocery store in Macon, Georgia.
I lost my blood glucose meter during my visit to a grocery store in Macon last Friday. I remember taking it out to check my levels at the produce section, but I think I left it on the shelf. It's a small, grey device with a blue cover, and it’s really important for my diabetes management. If anyone finds it, I'd appreciate it if you could reach out to me.
