Lost navy blue scarf with unique fringe design at Waterfront Park, Louisville.

I lost my favorite navy blue scarf while walking my dog along the waterfront park in Louisville last Saturday. It has a unique fringe design and is quite soft. I really miss it and would love to have it back, as it was a gift from my grandmother.
