Delicate silver bracelet with turquoise charm

I found a delicate silver bracelet this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Hicksville LIRR Station on Old Country Road, Long Island. It's about 7 inches long, with a small turquoise bead charm and a tiny heart charm, and the clasp is engraved with the initials 'A.R.'
