I'm devastated after realizing my black Cocker Spaniel, Bella, slipped her blue harness and bolted yesterday around 3pm near Covent Garden. She's a medium-sized girl, about 14 inches tall, with a glossy black coat and a tiny white patch on her chest. She wears a bright blue harness with a lime-green reflective stripe and a small round ID tag that reads 'Bella'; there’s a tiny scar on her right hind leg from a garden mishap. I last saw her around Neal Street, by Covent Garden's Royal Opera House, and she’s usually friendly but gets anxious in crowds.
