I found a gray tabby this afternoon around 2:15pm behind The Coffee Nook on Main Street in Logan. It's a medium-sized cat with a white chest and white paws, short coat, and a tiny white heart-shaped patch on the chest. It wears a bright green collar with a small bell that jingles when it moves. One ear is slightly bent, which makes it easy to recognize. It purred when I picked it up and seems friendly. If this is your cat, you can verify with that collar color and the heart-shaped patch; I’d really like to get it back to its owner. I found a small emerald-green budgie this morning around 9:40am outside the Logan Public Library on Main Street, near the Bean & Bloom cafe. It has a bright yellow chest, blue-tipped tail, and a red leg band with the number 42. The bird seemed a little jittery at first but was quick to hop onto a branch I held, and it chirped softly when I spoke to it.
