I found a silver bracelet this afternoon around 2:45pm in downtown Lewiston, right near the Lewiston City Library on 5th Ave. It’s a slim 7-inch silver bangle with a small turquoise heart charm that catches the light. On the inside there’s a tiny engraving that says 'Always'. It's a little scuffed from sitting on the sidewalk after the rain, but otherwise in decent shape.
