Found keys on blue paw-print keychain near Mall del Norte

I found a set of keys this morning around 9:15am in the parking lot behind Mall del Norte on Del Mar Boulevard in Laredo. They’re on a bright blue paw-print silicone key cover, with a Ford car key and a gold house key. There’s also a red ID badge tag with the name Elena handwritten in black marker, plus a tiny dent on the car key fob. I spotted them near the cart racks by the food court entrance and tucked them into a napkin to keep them safe. If these are yours, drop a note here and we can figure out a pickup or drop-off.
