Gray tote bag with red zipper pull

I found a gray canvas tote bag this afternoon around 3:20pm in the parking lot behind Mall Del Norte on Del Norte Blvd in Laredo. It’s a medium-sized bag, a bit worn but intact, with a bright red zipper pull and a blue plaid scarf tied to the handle. Inside there’s a spiral notebook with a faded sticker that reads 'Laredo Coffee Roasters' and a couple of receipts from lunch nearby. The inner lining is blue striped, and there’s a faint coffee smell lingering.
